Ears without borders

Ears without borders

After an intense selection work that has run over a large part of the summer, we are pleased to reveal the nominees for the next Phonurgia Nova Awards. The selection was very difficult because of the unprecedented number of proposals received (272 from 30 countries), particularly in « Sound art» (105 works) and «Features» (56) and generally of their high artistic level. The very short format of the BnF’s listening days has once again imposed draconian choices. We address our compliments to all participants and our warm congratulations to the 35 nominees to whom we wish good luck! We would like to thank all the people who contribute directly or indirectly to this beautiful weekend full of discoveries ! Especialy to the selection comittee and the BnF team.
